WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio – Mount Union's men's golf team finished in third place after the final round of the Ohio Athletic Conference Fall Preview at River Greens G.C. on Sunday afternoon.

The Purple Raiders finished with a team score of 607 (302-305), which was six shots back of second place Capital. John Carroll won the event with a team score of 588 (289-299).

Sophomore Brian Myers (Wadsworth) led the way for Mount Union finishing with a 143 (69-74), which also put him in a tie for first place overall. Freshmen Vincent Borros (Strongsville) and Caden Buxton (West Middlesex, Pa.) both finished with a 151 (77-74 and 76-75 respectively), with senior Owen Hinkle (Loudonville) rounding out the Raiders team score with a 163 (80-83).
