Men’s Track and Field: Raiders Drop Two Top 25 NCAA Division III Marks At Wuske Invite

ALLIANCE, Ohio—The Mount Union men's track and field team hosted the Wuske Invite Saturday afternoon and came away with two top 25 NCAA Division III marks.
 
Grant Dawson won the high jump event while Angelo Miller finished second with jumps of 6-feet 6.75-inches and 6-feet 2.25-inches. Dawson currently is tied for 15th in Division III with his jump.
 
Colton Hanlon finished as the runner-up in the pole vault with a leap of 15-feet 4.25-inches which has his tied for 24th in Division III.
 
The men took the top four spots with Dylan Easterling (1:06.30) taking the victory, Dane Riley (1:09.00) finishing second, Thurston Shaw (1:09.18) taking third and Ezekiel Dunn (1:09.86) finishing fourth.
 
Ryan Palmer took home second in the 60-Meter hurdles with a time of 8.63.
 
Rhon Bruce finished second in the long jump with a leap of 21-feet 10.75-inches.
 
Ryan McVicker took third place in the shot put and weight throw with tosses of 52-feet 7.25-inches and 53-feet 4.5-inches.
 
Brayden Shinault and Brady McKnight finished third and fourth in the 60-Meters with times of 7.17 and 7.20.
 
Josiah Adams finished fourth in the 400-Meters with a time of 51.68.
 
Michael Cline took home fourth in the 200-Meters with a time of 22.99.

Mount Union returns to the track next weekend at Ashland or Kent State.
