ALLIANCE, Ohio—The Mount Union women's track and field team took home six victories at the Raider Tune-up Friday night.
Mount Union dominated the 500-Meter run taking the top 11 spots. Isaac Pittman won the race with a 1:06.20,
Dane Riley finished second with a 1:07.21 and
Ezekiel Dunn placed third with a 1:07.28.
In the 1,000-Meters Mount Union had the top six times as
Liam Blake won with a 2:33.20, Matthew Tschantz finished second with a 2:33.92 and
Marek France finished third with a 2:35.65.
Mount Union took the top three spots in the 60-Meter hurdles with
Nick Franitti winning with a time of 8.59,
Ryan Palmer finishing second with an 8.63 and
Rhon Bruce taking third with an 8.70.
Trey Woodley won the 200-Meters with a 22.69,
Yahir Hill finished second with a 23.21 and
Troy Combs finished third with a 23.37.
Grant Dawson won the high jump with a leap of 6-feet 2.25-inches while
Angelo Miller finished third with the same height.
Colton Hanlon tied for first in the pole vault with a jump of 15-feet 4.5-inches.
Jesse Kilgore and
Camden Cantrell finished second and third in the long jump with leaps of 21-feet and 20-feet 10.5-inches.
Tyler Kohlmann brought home second in the 800-Meters with a 1:59.72.
Combs finished second in the 60-Meter dash running a 7.18.
Luke Massary finished second in the Mile run with a time of 4:56.56.
Carter Evans finished third in the 3,000-Meters with a time of 9:12.35.
Mount Union will head to Tiffin, Ohio next Friday and Saturday as they compete at the Ohio Athletic Conference track and field championship hosted by Heidelberg University.
