Box Score WESTERVILLE, Ohio — Mount Union's women's soccer team suffered a 3-0 loss in their final game of the regular season Saturday at Otterbein.
The Purple Raiders fall to 12-6, 5-4 in the OAC giving them the fifth place seed while Otterbein moves to 12-2-4, 8-0-1 in the OAC, remaining the number one seed advancing both teams to the OAC Tournament beginning Tuesday, Nov. 5.
Junior, Jillian Strimbu scored twice for the Cardinals including the game winning goal at the 19:27 mark of the first half.
Otterbein outshot Mount Union 17-12 in the 3-0 finale of the regular season.
Mount Union next travels to Baldwin Wallace on Tuesday, Nov. 5 for the first round of the OAC Tournament at 7 pm.
