CLINTON, Pennsylvania—The Mount Union men's cross country team finished third at the RMU Colonial Invite Saturday morning.
Alex Reese (Geneva) led the Purple Raiders with a 13th place finish in a time of 25:47.13.
Stephen Ulrich (Louisville) and
Nick Wong (Akron / Hoban) had a strong duo pack finishing 25th and 28th with times of 26:04.81 and 26:17.42.
Liam Blake (Alliance / Marlington) and Matthew Tschantz (Canton / GlenOak) rounded out the scoring finishing 32nd and 34th overall with times of 26:23.83 and 26:28.99.
Jake Parkhurst (Medina) and
Curtis Joppeck (New London) rounded out the top seven for Mount Union placing 44th and 46th respectively with times of 26:47.71 and 26:51.11.
The Raiders will now have three weeks off to get ready for the Paul Short Run hosted by Leigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. at the Goodman Campus Cross Country Course.
