No. 2 nationally ranked Mount Union is on the road for the second straight week following its 59-0 shutout win at Wilmington last week, its first shutout in 2025. The Purple Raiders remained undefeated at 5-0 overall and 3-0 in the OAC. Mount Union had the same number of plays as it did points. The Purple Raiders' 59 plays totaled 609 total yards (10.3 avg), outgaining Wilmington on the ground 419-108. The Purple Raiders face off with Heidelberg for the 69th all-time meeting. Mount holds a 55-13 advantage, including 36 straight wins over the Student Princes. Mount Union's last loss vs. Heidelberg was on Sept. 24, 1988. Heidelberg is coming off a 30-27 road win at Marietta, its second straight win. Mount Union is currently first in the OAC standings, while Heidelberg is fourth.
