PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania—The Mount Union men's cross-country team took to Schenley Park Friday morning to kick off the cross country season.
Stephen Ulrich (Louisville) finished 16th overall in a time of 15:10.40 and led Mount Union to a fourth place team finish at the Panther Open.
Liam Blake (Alliance / Marlington) finished 22nd with a time of 15:29.20 with
Tyler Kohlmann (Huron) taking 28th running a 15:44.30.
Rounding out the scoring was
Cohen Boyce (Alliance / Marlington) and
Tommy Mooney (Chagrin Falls) with times of 15:49.40 and 15:49.90 placing 30th and 31st.
Caleb Cabrera (Amherst / Amherst Steele) and
Cale Borland (Sunbury / Big Walnut) finished sixth and seventh on the team respectively with times of 15:52.50 and 15:56.40.
The Raiders will next take to the course on Saturday, September 13th at the Otterbein Invite previewing the Ohio Athletic Conference championship course in Westerville, Ohio.
