WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Mount Union junior Brian Myers (Wadsworth) has been named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Golfer of the Week (9/2).

Myers led the Purple Raiders to a first place finish this weekend at the Wooster Gatorade Collegiate, where they finished with a team score of 593 (295-298) which was seven strokes ahead of second place John Carroll. He also won medalist honors by finishing with a 5-under 139 (71-68).

This is the fourth time in Myers career that he has won the award and the first time this season.
