ALLIANCE, Ohio -- Mount Union sophomore Sean Donnelly (Willoughby/Willoughby South) won titles in the shot put, discus and hammer throw at the Stark County Challenge Thursday night at Mount Union Stadium.
Donnelly won the shot put (50-4), discus (136-6) and hammer throws (183-9) while teammate Brandon Campbell (Stahlstown, Pa./Ligonier Valley) won the javelin with a throw of 170-11.
Clay Densmore (Madison/Madison) won the pole vault with a season-best mark of 15-6.25.
Two more events were won on the track as Chase Swisher (Lewis Center/Olentangy Orange) won the 100 meters (10.77) and Tyler Mettille (Canfield/Canfield) won the 200 meters (22.50).
Malone won the team title with 174 points while Mount Union was 25 points behind with 149 points.
Mount Union competes this Saturday at the Jesse Owens Meet at Ohio State University in Columbus.
