Katie Clark (Hudson / Walsh Jesuit) was named USA Lacrosse Honorable Mention All-American on Wednesday afternoon.
Clark becomes the first Purple Raider to earn All-American on any list. There were 89 athletes named on the list which included 49 different schools.
Clark was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Offensive player of the year for the third straight year being the first to do so in the conference.
This season Clark has put together 44 goals and 76 assists good for 120 points which is first on the team in assists and points. The grad student broke the career points (459), assists (233) and goals (226) record. She has also broken the single season assists record with 76 and the single game record with 10 assists. Clark currently sits second in assists per game in Division III with 4.0 per game, third in total assists, and seventh in points.
Clark led Mount Union back to the NCAA Tournament winning both the OAC regular season and tournament titles for the first time since 2019.
